SHOPPING MALL

About the project

When it comes to designing malls, it is essential to use the maximum area of the land, so that customers can have the best shopping experience as the mall would have enough space to fit stores of various brands as well as food and beverage outlets and entertainment facilities. This modern mall design was created by Shawa Architecture for a competition. The structure is white and looks very stylish, perfectly fitting Abu Dhabi scenery.

Concept

In this project we concentrated on designing an impressive and strong solid mass for which we used pre-cast panels with pattern created by parametric openings. White color of the mall gives advantage in the evening and night time, as it is possible to use multi-color uplighters.
