About the project

Working on this property development company’s offices has truly been very exciting. Shawa Architecture started off with designing the main showroom area that presents building models, meeting rooms, as well as reception, then continued with the latest edition – its luxury and smart design of the customer service area. The fit-out of the extension is already completed and looks very sophisticated and classy be it morning, daytime or evening thanks to the high quality materials and unique customised parametric patterns used as well as the modern simplicity of the design and its game of light. In the showroom area, dimmed lights are used to direct the attention to the highlighted building models, while the golden ceiling brightens the space.

Concept

The main concept was to use the company’s brand colors. The natural orange color of the onyx used stands for passion, happiness, enthusiasm and energy. It also stimulates creativity. Black color suggests luxury and power and has been used throughout the entire floor to make the other elements stand out. Gray color is the color of elegance, humility and respect, while golden color represents progress and prosperity .
