About the project

Another exciting design Shawa Architecture worked on is this residential building lobby and corridors that have dynamic and modern style. The tower has the view of Burj Khalifa ais it is strategically located in one of Dubai’s busiest areas – Business Bay.

Concept

The design for this project was inspired by the busy area it is located in. We tried to reflect the essence of the fast-paced Business Bay lifestyle with this luxury design full of vivid contrasts.
