About the project

Here is a design of one of the modern villas designed by Shawa Architecture that together form a beautiful and peaceful compound in Dubai’s Meydan area. This modern area is comfortably positioned in close proximity to the Downtown and its attractions, and the villas in such neighborhood have truly sleek and sharp designs. We chose a darker color palette as well as contrasting in texture natural materials that with the effect of lighting make the villas look very luxury whether it is day or night.
